Had a wonderful stay at State Continental Resort Kutton with my family! The rooms were neat and clean, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our time exploring the surroundings and relaxing at the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more special. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway with their loved ones.

It's a very good hotel, but their prices are much higher than other hotels. The food is very good, their service is also good, and you don't get a room like this here. If you have to go, make a reservation a day or two in advance Take it. It is three to four kilometers away from the Kuttan Waterfall. A little further from this hotel, there is a small market in Kuttan Valley where you can buy some food and drinks. We went out at night too, the area is very large. But you guys, five to six people, come out together. If you're afraid at night, don't go out at all. There's a very good area outside.

We stayed 3 nights in this resort. This is a silent place and the flow of stream water is the only sound which adds to the nature beauty. The place is very close to nature. Jazz and Ufone doesn’t work here and even Scom network speed is quite slow. So you can spend quality time with your loved ones without distractions.

The location is good , behind the hotel is a river and we are surrounded by mountains and nature. We ordered breakfast and dinner and the taste of food is delicious here. The staff is helpful too, only issue we ran in was sometimes we can't get hot water in the room.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days during my trip to Kashmir. By far the best hotel in Kel in terms of accommodation, services and specially the food. Everything we ate was so tasteful and rich in flavour and quality. You will feel like you’re eating at a high quality restaurant. Overall my experience was great and they deserve an appreciation 👏

A chain of hotels I stayed in almost parts of Kashmir. Very humble staff there and couldn't find a single hotel better than this in Kel, guaranteed. Room and washroom are tidy with zero odor. Had big room for my family of 4 with ample space left to keep luggage without trouble. Highly recommended.

I stayed there with my family. Rooms were nice and bathroom was clean. Bedding needs attention. 2 mattresses were provided. Internet was available and generator was running in absence of electricity whenever required. I highly recommend to stay there. Very close to the top point of Pir Chinasi. Food was also upto the mark but charges were comparatively a bit high. For the room with king size bed and 2 mattresses, I paid 9,000 per night. Views were amazing from the hotel. Location is right on the road side.

My stay at State Continental Heavens Way Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel’s decor is elegant, blending modern luxury with a cozy ambiance. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Located high at around 8,600 ft in an idyllic isolated environment but on the main road leading to the pir chinasi ziarat. Its Nathiagali without the clamour

It was a one day trip to Pir Chinasi on November 29th. Before arriving at State Continental, I spoke to Asim Sahab who confirmed the availability of instant geyzer. The room's were off at a 50% rate and were 5000/night. Upon arrival, the staff were explicitly cooperative. They had my room ready for me and my family. The blankets and bedsheet were clean with marks. The room had TV which was non functional due to the weather conditions. The wifi was awesome. The hotel staff reported a load shedding schedule of 1 hour after every 3 hours. They really tried hard switching on the geyzer for us but due to the weather, the gas lines were frozen. We had to cater ourselves with an electric rod. The food was reasonable. Chicken karahi was good but had an extra bit of garam masala. Pulao biryani was good. Their restaurant upstairs is of a reasonable size. The stairs leading up to the dining hail do not have rails, which may be a trip hazard especially for elderly and children. They plan on having the rails soon though. The wall paintings throughout the hotel are beautiful, they have meanings in them. I did not see if they had a fire extinguisher in the hallway. They have total 6 rooms, 3 on each side of the hallway. Their entrance is old school which was lovely. They frame on the left side of the entrance is very catchy.
The hotel administration can bump up their rates a bit by offering a shoe polish in the hallway, having the room thoroughly cleaned with the washroom being given extra attention and having an electric instant geyzer with each room. Additionally, it is very important to have the bedsheets and pillow cover replaced after a while to ensure maximum cleanliness. Sofa's on the entrance may be left for customers who visit the hotel and the reception area may be shifted towards the door which provides exit to the lawn. This will let the reception staff have an extended area of sitting and monitor the hallway directly for any customer needs. Afterall, customers love sitting in the dining hall of the hotel, especially in winters. Mary go round and one slide in the front yard or lawn area may facilitate families with children. By offering this service they can charge an extra 1000/room for providing an additional luxury to families with children. Wooden blinds at the outside of the window will help keep the rooms warm and dark. The generator at the entrance may be placed somewhere else and the interior hortriculture of the hotel especially in the restaurant may also be taken into consideration.
Overall, our experience was very very pleasant and good. We had a lovely time and once again, thank you so much to Qamar Sahab and his team who were at the hotel in such weather conditions trying their best to provide us with every possible service. There is always room for improvement and surely, State Continetal Hotel Peak Resort is worth a stay!

Heave Peaks is the only hotel in Pir Chinasi that offers a truly comfortable stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the views from both the room and the terrace are breathtaking. Whether you're relaxing indoors or stepping out, you're surrounded by beautiful scenery. However, while the accommodation is fantastic, the food could use some improvement. Overall, it's the perfect spot for a cozy stay with stunning views, but the dining experience may not meet all expectations
